160 g (5.60 oz) Dalmatian prosciutto
240 g (8.49 oz) semi-hard cheese
160 g (5.60 oz) tomatoes
60 g (2 oz) salted pilchards
80 g (2.80 oz) green and black olives
60 g (2 oz) pickling onions
Slice the prosciutto, cube the cheese and cut the tomatoes. Arrange the pilchards, olives and small onions onto the plate.
Serve with home-baked bread and red wine.
